Our story
Global Solutions started in 2014 in a small Mid City office. The founders had spent a decade between them at Fortune-500 IT shops and saw small Louisiana businesses being underserved — either gouged by national MSPs with enterprise pricing or left to fend for themselves with the cousin who "knows computers."
Twelve years on, we support 127 organizations across South Louisiana from offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Lafayette. We are intentionally small — our growth target is two new clients per quarter, not twenty, so the relationship-driven service that earned us our NPS doesn't degrade.
